About this Role

Radley College is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well organised sailing professional to take the lead in instructing our novices and advanced sailors including race coaching.  This role combines hands-on coaching with responsibility for maintaining and developing the College’s sailing fleet. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sailing professional with excellent boat handling and coaching skills, a passion for working with young people, and a strong commitment to health and safety and safeguarding. The successful candidate will hold an RYA Senior Instructor Certificate and a full UK driving licence, with additional coaching, powerboat, or race management qualifications viewed favourably.

This is a part time position, 3-4 days per week during term time and selected competitions/regattas. Training will take place at Farmoor Reservoir (via Oxford Sail Training Trust).
