About this Role

Radley College is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Bursary Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Bursary team. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and pupils, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and welcoming reception service while supporting a wide range of administrative functions across the College.

This varied role combines front-of-house responsibilities with administration, including managing enquiries, coordinating travel and taxi arrangements, supporting meetings and documentation, maintaining website content, and assisting colleagues across the Bursary. 

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative or secretarial role and will be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be confident using Microsoft Office applications, databases and other digital systems, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment while delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
