You will play a key role in staff development, including induction, training and ongoing performance support, as well as monitoring cleaning standards through regular audits and feedback. The role also involves contributing to College activities and events, maintaining strong communication across teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and security procedures.

We are looking for someone with experience of team supervision, strong organisational and communication skills, and a flexible, proactive approach. The role requires resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, including occasional early mornings, evenings or weekend working.

The hours of work are 0800 - 1445, working  five days out of seven.

Radley College offer a number of other staff benefits including free meals during term time, pension and College sickness scheme.

The deadline for applications is 12 noon, Monday 1 June, but we reserve the right to consider applications as they arrive.
