About this Role

Radley College is seeking an exceptional Head of HR to lead its HR and payroll function at an exciting time of growth following the creation of the Radley Schools Group.

Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created role will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of HR and payroll services, leading a skilled team and working closely with senior leaders to ensure high standards of operational excellence, consistency and compliance.

This is a hands‑on leadership role offering the opportunity to shape systems, strengthen management practice and act as a trusted adviser to colleagues across the College. You will bring clarity, confidence and pace to decision‑making, ensuring employment matters are managed fairly, lawfully and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative HR professional who is keen to make a meaningful impact in a well‑established school with an ambitious future.
