About this Role

Radley College is seeking a creative and skilled Production Fabricator and Artist to join our dynamic Drama Department. This is an exciting hands-on role for someone passionate about theatre production, combining artistic design with practical construction.
This is a varied role that involves working from concept through to completion on set builds, props, and visual production elements. You will collaborate closely with the Theatre Technical Manager, Costume Designer, and Director of Drama, contributing both creatively and practically to productions.
The successful candidate will be a creative and practical individual with experience in scenic construction or theatre production, able to translate ideas into high-quality builds. They will be organised and detail-focused, capable of managing deadlines, solving problems, and working collaboratively, with confidence using design tools such as Photoshop and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting a creative, student-focused environment.
