About this Role

Radley College is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a skilled Chef de Partie.

In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. With a genuine passion for food, you will bring excellent organisational skills and a calm, focused approach to working under pressure.
As a strong team player and natural leader, you will set an example for others and strive to uphold the highest standards in every aspect of your work. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
  • Be knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene regulations, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Have experience in catering or a hospitality setting (preferred but not essential).
  • City & Guilds Professional Cookery diploma or equivalent
