As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping confident, curious, and resilient learners by delivering high-quality teaching that inspires and challenges all pupils.
Key Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and well-sequenced lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive
Using assessment effectively to inform planning, support progress, and raise attainment
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, events, and initiatives
The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping every child achieve their very best
Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Be committed to professional development, reflective practice, and high standards
