We are looking for an outstanding nurturing, caring safeguarding

have a fun, outgoing personality and be able to relate to and develop good relationships
with the children and their parents. As part of the role, you will need to
support pupils and families in improving on the children’s attendance. This
will involve doing some parent contracts (training will be given) and home
visits with a colleague to encourage children to attend school. Part of this
role will require attending Team Around the Family, Children in Need and the
occasional Child Protection meetings. Liaison with agencies such as Early Help,
CAMHS, the School Nurse/Health Visitor will also be required. This is a good
opportunity for a talented, caring and supportive practitioner to join our highly
skilled, dedicated team to help make a real difference to children’s future
outcomes.
