Xavier’s is a unique, student-run coffee shop nestled in the heart of Retford. Open to the public throughout the week, we’ve built a strong and loyal customer base who not only love our coffee but also support the meaningful mission behind it.

Our coffee shop forms an essential part of our Preparation for Adulthood model, offering real-world work experience and social interaction in a supportive, community-focused environment. Every shift is an opportunity for our students to gain valuable, transferrable skills in hospitality, teamwork, and communication.

In this role, you’ll:

Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both customers and students
Support pupils in developing hands-on work experience
Play an active part in building bridges between our students and the local community
Contribute to a thriving learning environment where students are empowered to excel and achieve their dreams
