  • Adapt activities and resources to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
  • Promote pupil independence, engagement, resilience, and wellbeing
  • Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and learning resources
  • Observe, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
  • Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, and external professionals
  • Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, and other school activities as required
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a good understanding of supporting children with SEND and inclusive practice
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Can work effectively as part of a team while using initiative independently
  • Is organised, adaptable, and committed to high standards
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

We Offer

  • A welcoming and supportive school community
  • Friendly and dedicated staff team
  • Opportunities for professional development and training, including SEND and safeguarding
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s learning and wellbeing
