About this Role

1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant 

We are looking to recruit for a  18.75 per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 12.15 Teaching Assistant with one to one SEND experience.
Fixed-term Contract until 31/08/2028, to support a child with ASD, therefore lots of experience with working one to one with SEND is required. 
38 weeks per year

Our ideal candidate will be someone who:
  • Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
  • Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
  • Has previous experience of working with and supporting SEND children of relevant age in a school environment.
  • Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
  • Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  • Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
  • Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development
