We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and
inspiring part-time Teacher of Religious Studies (0.4 – 0.6 timetable), with
the ability to teach Religious Studies to A Level standard.
The successful candidate will be passionate about encouraging
intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and thoughtful discussion within the
classroom. They will be committed to delivering engaging and challenging
lessons that support pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential,
while fostering an appreciation of different beliefs, values and perspectives.
The role includes monitoring and supporting pupil progress,
providing clear and constructive feedback, and maintaining positive
communication with parents and guardians. The successful applicant will be
expected to contribute fully to the wider life of the School, including
participation in parents’ evenings and other school events.
