About this Role

We are currently seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to provide in-class and one-to-one support for specific SEND pupils. This is a term-time only role, working Wednesday and Friday, plus an additional half day to be confirmed. The working hours will be 8.15am – 4.15pm.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver support sessions and mentor SEND pupils under the direction of the Head of Learning Support, working alongside teaching staff and other professionals. You will be required to provide solution-focused strategies and activities to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
