3 days a week (22.5hrs a week)

Scale F points 12-17. Full time salary £26,421 - £28,770. Hourly Rate £13.6947-£14.9122
We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, friendly and committed part-time Parent Support Adviser to join this 7-18 complex needs school, supporting children with complex needs, and their families. Parent Support Advisers offer advice and support to families in order to enable all pupils to have full access to educational opportunities and overcome any barriers to learning and participation. This can include support with form filling, short breaks, DLA and signposting to appropriate services.
Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge of the social and emotional factors that affect a child’s capacity to learn. They will also need to have experience and understand of children within the family context.
