About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at Bridge Nursery.
In this role, you will:
- Support children’s learning through play-based activities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s development
✅ What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of a Grade 4 (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or above)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
