About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at  Bridge Nursery.

In this role, you will:

  • Support children’s learning through play-based activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s development

✅ What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of a Grade 4 (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or above)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
