About this Role
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic cleaners to join our friendly team in our main school and grounds. You will play a key role in helping to keep the environment clean, tidy and welcoming to the highest possible standards.
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you’ll bring some previous
cleaning experience, although this isn’t essential as full training will be
provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine
pride in delivering excellent cleaning standards.

Pocklington is a thriving co-educational independent day and boarding school twelve miles east of York with circa 650 pupils aged from 0 – 18. With over 500 years of history you can expect a family-centred community with a kind and supportive team.
Role 1: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday 4.30am to 10.45am, working during term time plus an additional 6 weeks during school holidays
Role 2: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4:30am - 8:30am, working all year round
