  • Escalation of serious incidents to the Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Identifying where a safeguarding risk assessment is required
  • Attending strategy meetings and co-ordination of Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings
  • Completing duties to support supervision of students throughout the day

What We Offer

  • Access to a wide range of CPD and training opportunities, both internal and external.
  • Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in areas of interest.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing, including workload reduction measures.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience working with young people
  • A solid understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
  • The highest level of confidentiality to handle disclosures and safeguarding information
  • Organisational skills to manage accurate records and make referrals to external agencies
