We are seeking a motivated and
enthusiastic graduates to join our team as a Learning Support
Assistant, supporting the academic and personal development of our pupils. This
is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career in education,
psychology, or child development, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a
school environment.
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering
a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will work closely
with teachers and pupils, supporting both academic progress and social
development while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Hours
37.5 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Flexibility in
working arrangements may be required.
This is a term-time role (35 weeks per year, including INSET
days), plus one additional week during school holidays, with at least
two days worked during the summer holidays.
