RMS for Girls is seeking a dedicated Head of Commercial and Operations who will lead on both commercial growth and exceptional event execution. Beyond world class education, our facilities represent an incredible business opportunity. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy leader to take the reins of RMS Enterprise and drive our commercial growth to the next level.  With an upcoming newly refurbished gym relaunch and three brand-new PADEL courts in the pipeline, you will join at a pivotal, highly exciting moment of expansion. 

RMS is a leading independent girls’ day/boarding School with circa 900 pupils aged 2 to 18 and over 250 teaching and support staff.  We are situated on a beautiful 300-acre parkland estate near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.
