Premises at Ashlyns
This role offers a chance to join our talented Premises Team and be responsible for assisting with all matters relating to the excellent operation, grounds care and maintenance of our impressive grounds and facilities.
As a key member of the Premises Team, you will report directly to the Estate Manager. Other duties include:Opening and locking premises, overseeing onsite contractors, litter picking and waste disposal and undertaking maintenance work of buildings and site within personal capabilities.
This position requires working 37 hours per week, full-time, including statutory holiday entitlement. The shift pattern is variable and will be agreed upon in advance, including occasional weekends and early or late start/finish shifts.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
