About this Role

This is a key role within the school, responsible for overseeing financial management, estates, health & safety, and administrative services to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with the Executive Headteacher, Headteacher and Governors to support the school’s strategic objectives and ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.


We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic professional who has:

·         Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong financial management skills with experience of budget setting and financial monitoring.

·         Proven experience of leading and managing teams effectively.

·         Strong organisational, planning and decision-making skills.

·         Knowledge and understanding of school operations and business management.

The ability to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents/carers and external partners.

          A genuine desire to make a difference to children's lives and educational outcomes
