About this Role

We are seeking a KS1 Lead to support the wider leadership team in driving high standards across the phase. In addition to leading one foundation subject, you will be expected to take on leadership of Reading, lead the performance management of one or two teaching assistants within your phase, and provide support and guidance to any new members of the team. You will also contribute to wider whole-school projects and initiatives, working collaboratively to support school improvement priorities. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and keen to develop as a school leader.
