We’re looking for new School Governors to help shape the future of Grove Junior School. Your skills, experience, and perspective can make a lasting difference for every child. 

As a governor, you’ll: 

  • Influence strategic decisions that improve children’s education and well-being 

  • Support and challenge school leaders to achieve the best outcomes 

  • Work with a committed team to ensure every child thrives 

What We’re Looking For 

  • People who care about giving children the best start in life 

  • Ability to commit time to read documents, attend meetings (around 8-10per year), and contribute constructively, as well as coming into school periodically during the school day 

  • Integrity, fairness, and a commitment to safeguarding and equality 

Helpful skills (not essential)

         finance, law/contracts, data analysis, marketing, or special educational needs.
