This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on inclusion, SEND, safeguarding, and whole-school improvement. The successful candidate would be expected to operate both strategically and operationally across the federation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the school’s strategic leadership through the effective oversight of inclusion, including line management and staff development. Central to the role is driving improved outcomes for vulnerable learners. The role involves a small teaching commitment.
