Aboyne Lodge are looking for the right person for a full-time, permanent role at the heart of the school's operations. This position leads and oversees all administrative functions — spanning HR and payroll, premises management, health and safety, safeguarding, and some finance — while serving as a key point of contact for staff, parents, pupils, and external agencies. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills and a commitment to supporting our calm, inclusive school community. We are a small and caring school, who are flexible and able to adapt to different situations as they arrive. We place great importance on teamwork and having a good sense of humour which we see as vital to working in a small team We welcome applications from candidates with admin experience.
