Our Supply Bank offers you the chance to be employed on a casual basis, allowing you to balance work with other responsibilities. With no formal contract and no required weekly hours, you can choose when to work. The only expectation is that you contribute at least one day every three months, keeping you connected and engaged with our school community.
This role is perfect for those looking to gain paid experience while working towards a formal Teaching and Learning qualification. In fact, many of our current full-time staff began their journey with us as part of the Supply Bank.
As a Supply Bank member, you’ll have the chance to participate in INSET Days (Professional Development Days), after-school training sessions, and complete Positive Behaviour Support training. You’ll be expected to meet the same standards as our Grade C Teaching Assistants, ensuring you play a vital role in supporting our students.
Supply Bank staff are paid at Grade C, with payments made at the end of the full calendar month, in arrears.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
For any questions or to arrange a visit, please get in touch.
School operating hours 9.15am-3pm.
