 We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team at The Elms. This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers and the Learning Support department to provide high-quality support for pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The successful candidate will help pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, deliver targeted interventions, support pastoral wellbeing, and contribute to an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their personal best.
