They will demonstrate strong subject knowledge across both classical and jazz styles, with the ability to support students of varying abilities in developing their technical proficiency, musicality and confidence through structured lessons and preparation for performances, examinations and wider musical opportunities.

The successful candidate will be confident in monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, supporting ensemble rehearsals where required, and promoting high standards of commitment and engagement, while maintaining a professional approach and supporting students overall.
