About this Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to cover a period of Maternity leave within our outstanding Early Years team at The Elms Nursery, part of Trent College. Set within a beautiful 45-acre campus in Long Eaton, our nursery provides a nurturing and inspiring environment where children aged from 6 weeks begin their learning journey through play, exploration, and discovery. Rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, we are proud of our commitment to delivering exceptional care and early education, supported by experienced staff and excellent facilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s development by helping to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, while ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues, parents, and professionals, you will build positive relationships and help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
