About this Role
This vacancy is open only to existing members of the Belper School and Sixth Form Centre teaching staff.
This is an exciting
opportunity for an ambitious teacher and leader who wishes to play a central
role in shaping the future of post-16 mathematics at Belper School and Sixth
Form Centre.
The successful candidate
will provide strategic leadership for all Key Stage 5 mathematics pathways,
including:
- A Level Mathematics
- A Level Further
Mathematics
- Core Mathematics
- GCSE Mathematics
Resit
The role combines
curriculum leadership, staff development and strategic planning. The postholder
will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently high-quality
experience for students whilst helping to grow and promote the subject across
the Sixth Form.
We are looking for
someone who combines excellent classroom practice with a genuine enthusiasm for
developing others and building a thriving mathematical culture.
In line with our

positively to the wider life of the school and help foster a culture where
