Hardwick and Cambourne Community Primary School is seeking enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our welcoming and inclusive school community.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and progress. You will:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Adapt resources to meet individual needs
  • Develop creative and engaging approaches to learning
  • Support children with a range of needs, including SEND

You will be part of a supportive and dedicated team, working closely with our Teaching Assistants and SENDCo to ensure every child achieves their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or behavioural needs
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively as part of a team
  • Be adaptable, proactive and resourceful
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
