The successful applicant will support the work of the main
office including reception and other administrative areas. They will ideally have broad experience of MS
Office packages, along with reception / clerical / office experience.
For succession purposes, the right person will have the
opportunity to develop their skills to support the financial management of the
school. This process would require the
successful candidate to, on occasions, carry out additional hours to work
alongside our finance manager.
Working Hours:
This appointment is for 15 hours per week, term time.
8.00am to 4.00 pm (2 days per week)
Salary: Salary is paid at Grade 4, NJC SCP points 3-5,
The Role
As the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, you will help
create a warm and supportive atmosphere while keeping the school office running
smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming visitors, pupils and families to the
school

Answering phone calls and responding to
enquiries
·
Supporting the day-to-day running of the school
office
·
Helping with practical tasks around the school
when needed
·
Supporting pupils with small everyday needs
·
