About this Role

 We are seeking to appoint 2 positive and energetic midday supervisors to join our lunchtime team.


These positions are for 10 hours per week, 11.45am to 1.45pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. 

 

This is a varied role and the successful candidates will be required to carry out a variety of duties, which will include: 

 

  • - Setting up in the dining hall (including putting out tables, which is a physical task)

    - Supervising and assisting children with eating their lunches in the dining hall 

  • - Supervising children playing outside, to ensure their safety and well-being 

  • - Organising and leading games on the playground, school field or outdoor equipment 

  • - Supervising children in classrooms during bad weather 

  • - Dealing with minor injuries 

  • - Helping the catering team in the school kitchen 

 

If you enjoy working as part of a team and can be calm and positive, friendly but firm and if you don’t mind working in the dining hall, school kitchen or being outside in the sunshine or when it is chilly we would love to hear from you. 

 

Salary: Grade 3, point 2 

Closing date: Midday on 26/06/2026
