We can offer you:

  • A great team of dedicated staff and empowered, hardworking children.
  • Two paid wellbeing days a year
  • Access to a counsellor in school
  • A school at the heart of its community with great relationships with parents.
  • Support with leadership development
  • A dedicated and developing SEN team
  • Access to the cycle to work scheme

The successful candidate will have:

  • A track record of leading with positive impacts for children and staff.
  • Experience of converting vision into continuous school improvement.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with families and the wider local community.
  • Evidence of partnership working and wider impact.
  • Integrity, warmth and compassion – in all, a great role model for our children, staff and wider school communities.

The applicant may have a National Award in Special Educational Needs Coordination or be committed to completing this award upon successful appointment.  You will be a confident and passionate primary teacher motivated to remove barriers for children who have an educational need.  You will love learning . You will demonstrate high expectations,  you will be proactive, reflective and resilient and you will advocate for inclusivity.  You will be able to model empathy and respect and champion effective provision for children with additional needs.
