prior attainment.
- Create a safe, supportive and engaging
environment that promotes social, emotional and academic development.
- Manage behaviour positively,
implementing whole-school approaches that promote engagement, regulation
and positive relationships.
- Work closely with parents, carers,
colleagues and external agencies to provide a personalised learning
journey for each child.
- Contribute to curriculum development
