Working closely with the Head of School the successful candidate will
play a key role in the leadership and management of the school.
Key Responsibilities
· - Support the Headteacher in the day-to-day
leadership and management of the school
· - Lead on teaching and learning, curriculum
development and pupil premium
· - Line manage and support staff, promoting
professional development and high standards
· - Contribute to school improvement planning and
self-evaluation
· - Promote safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, and
positive behaviour
· - Engage positively with pupils,
parents/carers, governors, and external partners
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· - Have proven leadership or management
experience within a school setting
· - Have experience in working with children who
have SEMH and complex needs
· - Demonstrate a clear commitment to inclusive
education and raising attainment
· - Inspire, motivate, and support both pupils
and staff
· - Have excellent communication, organisational,
and interpersonal skills
· - Be committed to safeguarding and promoting
the welfare of children
· - Be part of a passionate and supportive team within
a growing therapeutic school environment, where collaboration and care are at
the heart of everything we do.
· - Make a
meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of pupils and their families,
supporting their development and celebrating their achievements every day.
