About the Role
The successful candidate will support pupils during key unstructured times of the day, helping them to develop social skills, independence and confidence in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· - Supervise
pupils’ play activities at break and lunchtime.
· - Provide
safe, creative and stimulating play opportunities that enhance pupils’ free
time.
· - Organise,
maintain, clean and safely store play equipment and resources.
· - Support
pupils as they transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
· - Set
up, pack away and store portable equipment as needed.
· - Carry out intimate/personal care and hygiene duties with dignity and compassion.
