About this Role

Are you a warm, enthusiastic childcare professional who loves helping little ones flourish? Do you want to feel valued, supported and inspired every day at work?

Working at the Little Webber Nursery means no two days are ever the same. One moment you’ll be leading messy play and sparking imaginations, the next you’ll be giving comfort, encouragement and cuddles. It’s a role full of joy, creativity and those little “lightbulb moments” that make it all worthwhile. If you’re passionate about giving children the very best start in life and want to work in a place where your ideas are valued and your career can grow, then this could be the perfect next step for you.

As part of our nurturing nursery team, you will:

Create a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where children (6 months+) can thrive

Support every child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development

Work closely with families, building positive relationships and trust

Bring the EYFS to life in creative and engaging ways

Be part of a team that celebrates ideas, collaboration, and making a difference

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Childcare

Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding (first aid training is a bonus, but we can support this)

A proactive, caring approach and a true team-player spirit

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

A genuine passion for giving children the very best start in life

We know our team is at the heart of everything we do so we make sure you feel recognised, supported and part of our community:

Competitive pay: £26,000–£29,000 p.a. with annual reviews

Generous holiday & sick pay entitlement

Free hot lunches, uniform, and parking

Ongoing training & career development with access to our Online Training Portal

Annual appraisals & personal development plans to help you grow

Welcoming, friendly team culture with regular staff socials

Pension scheme and long-term career support

If you are excited about shaping young lives and building your career with us, we’d love to hear from you!
