School Business Manager

Are you an experienced school business manager or do you have strong finance/business skills within a school and would like to make an impact?

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated School Business Manager to join our school.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the school’s finance, business support, compliance and overseeing premises management. The role holder will also provide strategic and professional advice to the Leadership Team and Governing Body. 

Hours: 8.00am - 4.15pm,  38 weeks term time + 5 days inset days and 3 weeks as agreed with the Headteacher

• Previous school financial experience and knowledge of processes is essential
• Strong business management, organisational, IT, and communication skills
• Experience of line management and developing teams
• Knowledge of school HR processes and premises management
• High standards of confidentiality and integrity
