We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Pastoral Leaders to join our school. These are vital roles
focused on supporting students’ wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and personal
development, ensuring every young person is able to thrive both academically,
socially and emotionally.
Applicants must be able to
demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced and busy environment that can
be both physically and emotionally demanding. They will possess exceptional
interpersonal and customer service skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a
genuine commitment to supporting every young person with dignity, compassion,
and respect, enabling them to achieve success within a Catholic secondary
school community, working within the framework of the school’s Catholic ethos
and mission.
