and will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and
families. They will be someone who can use their own initiative, work
effectively as part of a team and embrace the varied nature of school life with
flexibility and enthusiasm.
The role will
include delivering targeted interventions, supporting high-quality teaching in
the classroom and leading some teaching sessions. It may also involve providing
one-to-one support for a child with SEND, helping to remove barriers to
learning and enabling them to access the curriculum successfully. Above all,
you will play an important part in creating a calm, nurturing and inclusive
environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to succeed.
If you enjoy working with
children and feel you could be a valuable member of our team please look
through our LSA job description.
