About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to join our team. The position is likely to be based purely on our playground rather than in the dining hall.

You will be required to:

· Initiate and lead playground games to keep children active and engaged

· Support children to resolve minor conflicts fairly and restore friendships

· Maintain a watchful eye over the playground, ensuring all safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed.

· Bring energy, positivity and a nurturing attitude.

· Be resilient and happy to work outdoors in all (reasonable!) weather conditions

Previous experience may not be necessary and training will be provided where required.
