About this Role

We are looking for a KS2 class teacher for September 2026. The role will likely be in Year 4 or Year 5. The position will be fixed term in the first instance. We are part of a federation of three schools and there may be opportunities within the federation to continue when the contract comes to an end.

The post is full time however part time will be considered (3 or 4 days)

We have a transparent directed time calendar with 20 staff meetings spread across the year, meaning there isn't one every week.

We are two form in Key Stage 2 so planning is shared with a partner teacher.

We have established schemes of work which support teacher knowledge and the planning workload.

Our marking policy is regularly evaluated to ensure feedback is effective and not onerous on teacher time.

PPA is taken as a year group covered by our Sports Coach and our Specialist Music teacher.
