About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Assistant who will support initially in Key Stage One but with the flexibility to work across the school.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
Is a strong team player and enjoys working with others
Is flexible and adaptable and ready for no two days being the same
Is caring and patient with a good sense of humour
Has some understanding of the trauma informed nurture approach
Can use their initiative and is solution focused
Has high expectations and a belief that all children can succeed
Can follow the school behaviour policy to support positive behaviour across the school
Can communicate effectively with children and colleagues
Is keen to learn and develop in their role
