 About the Role 

We are looking for a Learning Assistant who will support initially in Key Stage One but with the flexibility to work across the school.  

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who: 

  • Is a strong team player and enjoys working with others 

  • Is flexible and adaptable and ready for no two days being the same 

  • Is caring and patient with a good sense of humour 

  • Has some understanding of the trauma informed nurture approach 

  • Can use their initiative and is solution focused 

  • Has high expectations and a belief that all children can succeed 

  • Can follow the school behaviour policy to support positive behaviour across the school 

  • Can communicate effectively with children and colleagues 

  • Is keen to learn and develop in their role
