We are looking for an excellent administrator who
offers attention to detail, a focus on quality, willingness to work in a
collaborative spirit, to be reliable and work unsupervised in a busy
environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth administration of co-curricular activities on a day-to-day basis. You will be the first point of contact for staff queries regarding school trips, co-curricular activities, events and productions, and administer annual co-curricular processes. You will work closely with the Deputy Head (Co-curricular) as well as working with the wider school administration team.
This is a full-time
role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday during
term-time, plus five days to be worked during the School holidays.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven secretarial or administration experience in a busy office or school environment, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Sharepoint and the use of administrative databases and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
