We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive
Operations Manager with proven operational experience of housekeeping, domestic
or cleaning services management, robust understanding of safe working practices
and excellent organisational and communication skills to join our School.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day non-teaching operations of
the School, be responsible for the operational planning and delivery of whole
school events, and also for ensuring the School’s housekeeping and catering
operations are planned, co-ordinated and delivered to a high standard.
This is a full-time
role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday with
additional hours required for the delivery of school events, open evenings,
parents’ evenings, etc.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ management and leadership experience, experience with health and safety, risk assessments, safe working practices and chemical management and be effective in planning and prioritising workload, in particular with regard to events.
