We are looking for an excellent administrator with
a calm, patient and polite demeanour to collate and report on daily student
registration across the School.
In this role, you will collate student registration for academic and co-curricular activities across the School, review and respond to parent submissions about absence, compile and analyse attendance and absence figures and provide administrative support for attendance, commendations, detentions and trophy management.
This is a full-time role working 45 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday during term-time, with five additional days to be worked during the School holidays. There is the potential for this role to be carried out under a job-share arrangement.
About You
The ideal candidate
will have secretarial or administrative experience gained in a busy office or
school office environment, excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills
and a willingness to work in a collaborative spirit.
