About this Role

In this role, you will provide a professional, efficient and effective HR and Recruitment administration service across the School in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation; maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08.30 to 16.30.

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in an administrative role (HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not necessary). You will have discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be detail-oriented and able to work in an organised and methodical way and adjust your approach to a variety of different people and situations.
