About this Role

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to support the strategic development and day-to-day management of our Boat House. This role combines forward-thinking planning with practical hands-on responsibility, ensuring facilities and equipment are effectively organised, maintained, and aligned with the club’s future needs.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week typically worked from 10:00 to 18:00 on four days out of Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays with a 30-minute meal break each day, all year round.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rowing equipment and boat house operations, experience in equipment management, planning or facilities organisation and an ability to work as a coach with rowers of all abilities.
