About this Role

We are looking for a warm and empathetic, excellent administrator with personal assistant and office manager experience to lead our School Office team and provide PA support to our Senior Deputy Head.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth-running of the School Office on a day-to-day basis, by organising, supervising and undertaking administrative, financial and organisational systems and processes, maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will work in close partnership with the Senior Deputy Head, who oversees the daily operations and life of the School.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 60-minute break for lunch.

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading and managing a team with different roles, excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail. You will have the ability to prioritise, work methodically and remain calm under pressure.
